AI adoption is a leadership issue.

We make AI practical, ethical, and grounded in the realities of the people you serve — then we hand it off so your team can run it without us.

Built for

The gap we close

Every leader is being told to adopt AI. Very few are being told how.

Which parts apply to your work. Where the limits are. How to bring a team along without losing trust. Whether the tools you're being sold actually do what the demo showed.

We answer those questions for behavioral health, recovery, workforce, and nonprofit organizations across Ohio — with curriculum your team can actually use, governance frameworks that hold up under audit, and implementations that ship.

What we do

From AI-curious to AI-capable.

01 — Assess

Find out where you actually stand

An AI readiness audit with your leadership, your operations team, and where it matters, your front-line staff. What's in play, what's stuck, what's possible.

Our approach

02 — Strategize

A roadmap, not a wish list

Specific tools, specific workflows, a training plan, a governance framework that holds up in front of your board, and a sequence that respects how change actually happens.

Our approach

03 — Implement

Build it, then hand it over

Agents, automations, integrations, and the curriculum to run them. We stay through deployment and hand off something your team owns — not a dependency on us.

Our approach

The Academy

Three tracks. Four sessions each. Teach, discuss, do.

Track 01

AI Readiness: General

For any team starting from zero. Your people leave able to use today's AI tools in daily work — safely, and with the judgment to know when not to.

Track 02

AI for the Underserved and Underemployed

For workforce development, reentry, behavioral health, and nonprofits serving people facing barriers. AI that expands your reach without compromising the people you serve.

Track 03

AI for Leaders

For executives, board members, and program directors. Make the adoption decision with clarity instead of deferring to whoever speaks loudest at the table.

Who we are

A recovery nonprofit, doing AI.

Hope Town AI is an initiative of Hope Town Ohio, a nonprofit in Windham that has spent years supporting individuals and families in recovery.

That work taught us how to meet people where they are, build trust slowly, and make complex systems usable for people who were never given the on-ramp. We bring the same orientation to AI.
